No matter what the architects specify, we have a great knowledge in different finishes and enjoy understanding the latest and greatest finishes available. Acting quickly we inform ourselves on the availability, lead time constraints, MOQ, fire ratings and packaging. We then work with the nominated supplier on their suggested installation process. This includes understanding any weight issues, suggested fixings & penetrations, suitable adhesives & curing times, protection for timber materials & post installation requirements.

To complete a take off for specified products you must first understand the product and installation process. Which we do. This allows us to complete accurate take offs to ensure there are no shortages or over ordering.

We prefer the responsibility of purchasing the materials so we have direct dialogue with the nominated suppliers. The ordering timelines are critical to ensure the materials arrive on time and we are there to receive and commence installation. Of course we take care of the logistics. No hold ups for the other trades.

This is our specialty. Our Project Managers communicate the process of installation with our installers and plan the manpower, fixings, receiving equipment, hardware and adhesives to ensure seamless fitting.
